Although the above is my specialty. Cultivating Mind LLC's primary focus is medication management. Medication management is the process of overseeing the medications prescribed for a patient to ensure they are taken properly and achieving their planned, therapeutic outcome. This care works hand in hand with therapy. Cultivating Mind LLC will work with your current therapist, (if you don't have one we can send you a list for review) to ensure the best continuum of care.
